Buildings and Trust — Terms & Conditions

By using our services you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services: Buildings and Trust provides property clearance, rubbish removal, and related services locally and nationwide. All services are subject to a free, no-obligation quote prior to commencement.

Payment: Payment is due on completion of works unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash and bank transfer.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Liability: Buildings and Trust is fully insured with public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to properties.

Waste Disposal: All waste is disposed of legally in accordance with our Environment Agency waste carrier licence. We do not fly-tip under any circumstances.
