Complaints Procedure
Buildings and Trust is committed to providing an excellent service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we want to hear from you.
Step 1 — Contact Sharna directly: Email info@buildingsandtrust.co.uk or call 07859 730296. We aim to resolve all complaints within 3 working days.
Step 2 — Written complaint: If your complaint is not resolved, please put it in writing to info@buildingsandtrust.co.uk with full details. We will respond within 7 working days.
Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant trade body or regulatory authority.
We take all complaints seriously and use them to improve our services.
