Buildings and Trust is committed to responsible, eco-friendly waste disposal.

We prioritise recycling and reuse at every stage of the clearance process. Items are sorted on-site and taken to licensed recycling facilities wherever possible.

We aim to divert as much waste as possible away from landfill, in line with our Environment Agency waste carrier licence obligations.

Materials we routinely recycle include: metals, wood, cardboard, plastics, glass, electrical items (WEEE), and textiles.

Hazardous materials are disposed of in accordance with current legislation. We never fly-tip.
